La Fanette
An atmospheric Provencal holiday villa in the sunny South of France.
La Fanette was originally a farmhouse built in 1756, which over time has been expanded into an attractively furnished detached villa for up to 8 people. The villa is beautifully situated in a quiet area and has a large swimming pool, a large garden around it and has a lot of privacy. It is located in the hamlet of St. Jaume, which is part of the village of Lorgues in Provence (the Var), not far from the southern French coast.
Lorgues is 1280 km from Utrecht, 40 km from the seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime, 50 km from the fashionable Saint-Tropez, 100 km from Nice Côte d’Azur and 75 km from Toulon Hyères Aeroport. Lorgues is also easily accessible by train. Les Arcs / Draguignan station is 15 km away from the house; high-speed trains also stop at this station.
The atmospheric and quietly located house has many spaces and possibilities and is situated on a generous and natural (partly open and partly wooded) area of around 7,500 m2. At the back of the house is a veranda with lounge sofas and a large swimming pool with mandatory alarm (12 x 5.5 m). The rear area and the veranda can be closed with a fence, so that small children do not have the opportunity to go to the swimming pool themselves. At the front of the house is a leafy garden with various seating areas and corners, where you can relax in the shade of the trees in the summer. Here is also a large outdoor kitchen with a long dining table for 10 people.
